Senior Document Controller - UAE National

Qualifikationen
- 1-2 years' experience in document control.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Engineering industry is an advantage.
- Previous experience with ADNOC is preferable.

- Implement and maintain document control systems.
- Receive, log, and distribute documents.
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain document registers and databases.
- Coordinate document revisions and version control.
- Assist in project reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with team for timely approvals.

- Provide training on document control procedures.

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a PMC role for Senior Document Controller (UAE National) for an Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi (contractor’s Office).

- Candidate having at least 1-2 years’ experience in Document control within any industry
- Having experience within Oil & Gas or any Engineering industry would be an added advantage.
- Previous experience with ADNOC Company is preferrable.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures for all project documentation
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards
- Maintain up-to-date document registers and databases
- Coordinate document revisions and ensure proper version control
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and presentations
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
- Perform regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures
- Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of project documents
