Role Overview:

The Director of BD & Growth will drive revenue expansion, client partnerships, and go-to-market strategies across Company's focus sectors (defense, medical, aerospace, oil & gas). This hybrid role blends sales leadership, strategic alliances, and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute revenue growth strategy across verticals
• Identify, pitch, and close B2B partnerships and government deals
• Lead and scale the BD team (dental, industrial, strategic relations)
• Support pricing, product-market fit, and feedback loops with R&D
• Contribute to long-term strategic positioning, including export and localization plans

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in B2B sales or growth strategy, with strong deal execution background
• Experience in UAE government/defense/medical contracting highly preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Arabic language and regional network are advantageous
