Job summary

A leading engineering staffing provider in Dubai seeks a Hiring Package Workflow Specialist to manage material workflows across projects. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing and project execution, strong engineering knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. Hiring package workflow specialist/Material Workflow Specialist (MWS)
  • Experience with roles such as Product Line SC Manager, Project Supply Leads, Material Workflow Managers, Project Manager, Product Line Quality Manager, Category Management, Supplier Management, Logistics, Engineering, Project Interface, Freight Forwarder (assigned packages), and Project Document Control.
  • Able to read and interpret P&ID, engineering drawings, diagrams, and quality documentation; work effectively in teams with suppliers and internal stakeholders; operate autonomously in fast-paced environments; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years in sourcing, planning, or project execution; prior experience in Production Facilities or EPC Projects; engineering knowledge/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline; experience in project planning/execution procedures; supplier review and relationship management.
  • Optional experience in expediting or audit inspection; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Relevant backgrounds include Legacy SLB roles (Sourcing Lead/Specialist, Procurement Lead/Specialist, Production Planner) and EPC roles (Project/Package Engineer 2 or 3, Procurement Engineer 2 or 3).
