Chemical Engineer - Process Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Process Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new chemical processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Your expertise in process optimization and troubleshooting will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and optimizing chemical processes for new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Evaluating current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conducting experiments and simulations to test new processes.
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to optimize production.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process integration and efficiency.
- Conducting cost analysis and recommending cost-saving measures.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chemical Engineer in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of chemical engineering principles, process design, and optimization.
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
