- Supervise the progression of all construction tasks on-site, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security laws and site safety procedures.
- Translate building strategies and construction plans for on-site teams.
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for construction site workers.
- Evaluate day-to-day construction work and recommend improvements.
- Ensure emergency tools and equipment are in place and functional.
- Guarantee project completion based on the established timeline.
- Communicate progress reports to the Construction Task Manager.
- Attend on-site meetings or events as required.
