Qualifications

• Must have experience in Lobby Lounge and/or In-Room-Dining.
• Excellent leader and trainer with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage service staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue.
• Ensure quality of service and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English

Experience in all aspects of restaurant service

Experience in Lobby Lounge and/or In-Room-Dining

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Ability to motivate employees

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
