A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Admin Officer with a strong background in Construction

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain updated records of camp occupancy, worker movements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR and project teams for worker deployment and logistics.
• Liaise with vendors for camp maintenance, catering, and facility services.
• Organize Travel Arrangements, hotel, booking, and staff transportation when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of supplies, utilities, and camp-related expenses.
• Ensure Compliance with company administrative policies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Admin Officer in a construction worker camp.
• Strong knowledge of labour camp operations and labour laws (or local equivalents).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required.
