Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Auditing

  • Verify and reconcile daily revenue transactions from all departments (e.g., rooms, F&B, spa)
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management and department heads
  • Review and reconcile Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) reports with supporting documentation
  • Verify that cash, credit card, and bank deposits align with system reports.

Cost Control

  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and policies.
  • Monitor expenses against budgets and report variances promptly.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses on potential projects and recommend financial feasibility.

Financial Reporting & Record Keeping

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of income and expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately posted in accounting software.
  • Maintain proper and organized documentation for audits and reference.

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with department managers to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members.
