Job summary

A leading global blockchain company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to design and implement audit strategies for regulatory compliance. You'll propose recommendations for compliance improvements and develop risk-based audit plans. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or accounting, with a good understanding of international auditing standards. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. The role offers an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or accounting.
• Good understanding of Internal Audit international standards.
• Familiarity with ADGM regulatory regime is a plus.
• Experience in implementing regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
• Knowledge of anti-financial crime standards (e.g. FATF).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement audit strategies for regulatory compliance.
• Propose recommendations to improve regulatory compliance.
• Develop annual risk-based audit plans.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of key controls.
• Deliver audits in line with IA Methodology.
