Regarding the Duty:

• As an Income Auditor cum Accounts Receivable, to establish that all profits that ought to have been received by the hotel have been gotten, as well as are effectively recorded. To investigate the work of night audit, front office and food and beverage cashiers consisting of various other factors of sales cashiers.

Duties and essential job functions include yet are not restricted to the following:

• Daily room revenue, F&B earnings recaps, their supporting transaction records, and to ensure all incomes are posted accordingly.
• The daily general cashier's report versus recorded cash activity.
• Post to the general ledger and credit card companies before forwarding them to the balances/receivables area.
• Front desk cashier's cash due back from the general cashier.
• To investigate late charges and skippers. All information should be forwarded to the credit supervisor for further action (proof of authorization from Duty Manager).
• To confirm that the computerized daily record mirrors all of the day's purchases.
