Job description

We are currently seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee HOSPITALITY operations during the night shift and ensure the accuracy of our clients financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the front desk overnight, including check-in/check-out processes.

Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports.

Balance room charges, taxes, and other financial transactions.

Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.

Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the night.

Prepare end-of-day reports for management.

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, PMS, etc.).

Liaise with day staff to ensure smooth handover and continuity.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role preferred.

Knowledge of accounting principles and hotel front desk operations.

Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
