Job summary
A staffing and recruitment company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT professional for a role involving Help Desk support. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in IT, particularly in Service Desk operations and hardware configuration. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in IT-related fields such as MS IT or BTech. Responsibilities include providing support, resolving issues, and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working in an IT role including Service Desk, Hardware deployment/configuration, and Access Administration.
- SME knowledge of PC hardware and software with an emphasis on Microsoft.
Responsibilities
- Work on the Help Desk taking ACD calls and resolving end user issues.
- Serve as a senior resource for all Support Services and Help Desk staff.
- Create documentation and training material, and mentor junior staff members.
