• Promote and sell high-quality dental equipment, instruments, and consumable materials to dental
clinics, group practices, and institutions.
• Utilize clinical knowledge to consult with dental professionals on product selection, integration, and
workflow improvement.
• Conduct product presentations, in-clinic demonstrations, and training sessions for new and existing
clients.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with dentists, specialists, procurement teams, and practice
managers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools.
• Gather market intelligence, identify new opportunities, and provide feedback to product and
marketing teams.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in dental technologies and materials.
Qualifications:
·Degree in Dentistry (BDS, DDS, or equivalent) or a related healthcare field.
·3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in dental equipment or materials.
·Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
·Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Preferred Skills:
·In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, products, and practice workflows.
·Familiarity with brands and technologies in dental equipment and materials.
·Experience with dental-specific CRM and order management systems.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·Ability to translate clinical needs into product solutions and value propositions.
