Head of Startup & Venture Partnerships

NextGENi seeks a Head of Startup & Venture Partnerships to build strategic partnerships with ecosystem players (VC funds, accelerators, incubators, syndicates, other key players in the startup ecosystem) to drive our client pipeline. Based in UAE or KSA, this role will leverage an extensive regional network to position NextGENi as the go-to partner for building technology teams for startups.

• Develop and execute partnership programs with VC funds, syndicates, accelerators, and incubators.
• Build and maintain a robust network across the Middle East startup ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Client Delivery Division to identify client needs and tailor offerings.
• Design marketing strategies to showcase NextGENi’s success stories (e.g., $100K to unicorn case studies).
• Represent NextGENi at industry events and conferences.
• Track partnership ROI and pipeline growth metrics.

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in tech / startup ecosystems.
• Proven network with VC funds, accelerators, and incubators in UAE / Saudi Arabia.
• Experience designing partnership programs that drive business growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
• Willingness to travel across the region
