Our client, a well-established organisation within the oil & gas industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across regional markets. This role is ideal for a junior marketer (1–2 years’ experience) who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure across multiple marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research and evaluation of new commercial products, services, and market opportunities
- Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and pricing insights to inform strategy
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, marketing collateral, brochures, catalogues, and corporate profile
- Coordinate company registrations, vendor approvals, and submissions to government and corporate entities
- Plan, schedule, and execute social media activity, ensuring timely content and engagement
- Liaise with advertising agencies, exhibition organisers, and external suppliers to maximise marketing impact and budget efficiency
- Support segmentation, market penetration, and campaign planning for priority products and services
- Track marketing metrics, quotation hit‑rates, and monthly performance reports to identify improvement areas
- Assist with corporate communications, including press releases, videos, branding assets, and internal documentation
- Prepare yearly promotional merchandise, giveaways, and event‑related marketing materials
- Analyse sales data including customer type, consultant involvement, and project cycle time
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong research, analytical, and organisational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design, CRM, or CMS tools an advantage
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Interest in B2B, industrial, engineering, or oil & gas sectors
