Our client, a well-established organisation within the oil & gas industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across regional markets. This role is ideal for a junior marketer (1–2 years’ experience) who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure across multiple marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support research and evaluation of new commercial products, services, and market opportunities
  • Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and pricing insights to inform strategy
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, marketing collateral, brochures, catalogues, and corporate profile
  • Coordinate company registrations, vendor approvals, and submissions to government and corporate entities
  • Plan, schedule, and execute social media activity, ensuring timely content and engagement
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, exhibition organisers, and external suppliers to maximise marketing impact and budget efficiency
  • Support segmentation, market penetration, and campaign planning for priority products and services
  • Track marketing metrics, quotation hit‑rates, and monthly performance reports to identify improvement areas
  • Assist with corporate communications, including press releases, videos, branding assets, and internal documentation
  • Prepare yearly promotional merchandise, giveaways, and event‑related marketing materials
  • Analyse sales data including customer type, consultant involvement, and project cycle time
Qualifications
