We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales, Marketing & Development Manager to lead our sales, marketing, and business development activities. The role will focus on driving growth, managing marketing campaigns, and identifying new opportunities across the hearing and optical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and brand promotion.
- Manage client relationships, retention programs, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and technical teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Prepare, manage, and coordinate stock for exhibitions, conferences, and events, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with exhibition organizers and event stakeholders to maximize participation and brand visibility.
- Suggest new products, services, or promotional packages to support growth.
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor budgets and marketing ROI, and report performance to senior management.
- Support ongoing improvements in processes, brand presence, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare, optical, or hearing industries.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
