Urgently required Sales and Marketing Executive for the sales of Construction and Building materials. The candidate must have the same experience.

Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in building and construction materials. The ideal candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license and have a proven track record in sales and business development within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and project managers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales services.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials/building products.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel across the region.
Strong network and connections within the construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
