Overview

The Marketing Assistant supports the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across branches and digital platforms. This role involves helping produce marketing materials, generating social media content, conducting product photoshoots, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent branding. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to support both digital and on-ground marketing needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for new products, promotions, and seasonal offerings such as Christmas, Ramadan, and Valentine’s.
  2. Help create marketing materials including posters, flyers, banners, point-of-sale displays, and packaging inserts.
  3. Maintain consistency in branding across all branches and digital platforms.
  4. Provide and suggest creative content ideas for social media posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  5. Suggest captions, themes, visual concepts, and campaign ideas aligned with the brand.
  6. Prepare content-related materials such as product highlights, menu updates, and templates for social posts.
  7. Conduct product photoshoots for cakes, pastries, seasonal items, and packaging.
  8. Capture behind-the-scenes photos or short clips for content use.
  9. Edit photos and videos using basic design tools such as Canva, Lightroom, and CapCut.
  10. Work closely with the kitchen and production team to gather details about new items and promotions.
  11. Coordinate with branch supervisors for campaign rollouts and the distribution of marketing materials.
  12. Assist with market research, competitor monitoring, and pricing analysis.
  13. Support administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing archives, tracking expenses, and organizing digital files.
  14. Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
  15. Prepare suggested replies for customer complaints or compliments, following brand guidelines.
  16. Propose ideas to increase customer engagement, brand awareness, and overall loyalty.
