Position

Assistant Sales Manager – Fire Rated Glass

Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

Responsible for handling the sales operations for Fire Rated and Bullet Resistant products to expand business through a strong understanding of products, market area, trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Requires full knowledge related to fabrication and testing systems of Fire Rated and Bullet Resistant Glass (BRG).

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve business goals, including cost and sales targets, focusing on time and productivity management.
  • Execute direct sales activities as per agreed budgets, sales volumes, product mix, and timelines.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide updated progress reports to the line manager.
  • Ensure adherence to payment terms and timely collection of dues.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new customers related to Fire Rated and Bullet Resistant Glass through professional and ethical sales methods to enhance service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and support local marketing activities within agreed budgets and timeframes, integrating personal sales efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods, including market research and customer or competitor surveys.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities with relevant updates and insights.
  • Record, analyze, and report activities according to company systems and requirements.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal cross-functional meetings to support business development.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or Industrial Engineering preferred, or any relevant field.
