Zusammenfassung
A major progressive corporate group based in Dubai seeks a financial specialist to lead the company’s transition to public trading. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate finance, stock valuation, and a strong educational background including an MBA or CA. This role demands at least 10 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Arabic and English, offering a gross monthly salary of AED 30,000.

- 10 years of multi-faceted corporate finance experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Stock Exchange dynamics.
- Strong credentials in finance management.

- Spearhead the Group’s prime objective of going public.
- Work within a large corporate finance team.
