An international airline based in Dubai is seeking a Surface Finishing Manager to oversee the paint shop operations. Responsibilities include managing the team, ensuring high-quality surface treatments, and developing relationships with aircraft manufacturers. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry and over 10 years of experience in surface treatment with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
