Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)

We are a fast-growing company in Dubai seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English and a proven track record in sales. This is a contract position offering an attractive salary of $1400 per month.

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
2. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
4. Create sales plans and forecasts, and report on sales performance regularly
5. Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate team members
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
