Job summary

An international urban infrastructure consultancy is looking for a Digital Delivery/BIM Manager for a confidential metro project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all BIM activities, including implementation of BIM Execution Plans and governance of digital workflows. They must possess at least 10 years of experience in large infrastructure projects, and strong knowledge of BIM tools and standards. This full-time position requires expertise in GCC mega-projects, with a preference for candidates with RTA project exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience managing BIM and digital delivery in large infrastructure/rail projects.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, PAS 1192 and IFC coordination workflows.
• Experience in GCC mega-projects is essential; RTA digital delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and project standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection and model validation activities.
• Oversee the setup, governance and maintenance of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
