A reputable asset integrity firm in Sharjah is seeking a highly driven Vendor Inspection Manager. This role requires 8–15 years of QA/QC inspection experience, leadership skills, and compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, valid CSWIP certification, and proficiency in digital tools and vendor management systems. Candidates with a background in oil and gas, strong communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years experience in QA/QC Inspection or Surveying, minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in source inspections and TPI operations.
• Valid CSWIP certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with vendor registration/qualification portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical teams, resource allocation, and inspector mobilisation.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals for tenders and client presentations.
• Drive process optimisation and digitalisation.
• Ensure compliance with international standards.
