Job summary

A global trading platform is seeking a Partner Operations Manager in Dubai. In this role, you'll oversee operational aspects of the partner program, ensuring support accuracy and a positive partner experience. Responsibilities include handling partner queries, implementing rebate schemes, and conducting market analysis to drive program success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in partner operations, finance or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Quick to assimilate new concepts and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and analytical aspects of partner program.
• Respond promptly to partner support queries and resolve Jira tickets.
• Conduct manual rebate and performance calculations for partners.
• Manage the technical setup for strategic partner onboarding.
• Create and maintain detailed monthly reports on partner performance.
