A leading ceramics brand in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Senior Social Media/Content Creation Manager to drive their local social media strategy. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, and data analysis to enhance brand presence online. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in communications, be fluent in Arabic, and possess strong skills in marketing and social media. This position requires working closely with various teams to maintain brand consistency and manage different campaigns.

The Senior Social Media/Content Creation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing the company's social media strategy in the local market (UAE), aiming to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. He/She manages content creation, audience engagement, and data analysis to optimize online presence across various platforms.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (mainly Instagram UAE)
- Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate with the Global account managers, in order to be consistent in the brand image/contents
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build community online.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve specific goals.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts on various platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure consistency.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach.
- Paid Media: Liaise with agencies to optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in communications
