Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and alignment of subcontractor, supplier, and contractor programs—ensuring seamless coordination of long‑lead procurement and interdependent project packages within a master schedule that drives on‑time delivery.
• Monitor and analyse schedule performance using advanced “what‑if” and time‑impact analyses to identify risks early, implement corrective measures, and safeguard key milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee the evaluation of EOT and disruption claims through data‑driven delay analysis, facilitating transparent coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve timely resolutions.
• Deliver executive‑level progress reports, maintain meticulous project documentation, and issue performance or delay notices to uphold accountability, quality, and schedule integrity across all phases.

• Proven experience in high‑rise tower projects with strong construction knowledge and proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
