Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage, coach, and develop sales teams.
  • Track record of exceeding team sales targets and improving lead conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of sales systems and digital sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive lead management discipline, ensuring every enquiry is tracked and converted.
  • Monitor team CRM usage, pipeline quality, and conversion ratios.
  • Develop action plans to optimize showroom traffic and digital lead performance.
  • Deliver training and performance feedback to build sales capability.
