A leading e-commerce company in Dubai is looking for a dynamic Learning Business Partner to enhance Operations learning initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored learning solutions, analyze business data, and support leadership development. This role requires proven experience in stakeholder management and a passion for customer experience. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of leadership development experience and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Qualificações
- Proven experience in stakeholder management within a complex organisational structure.

- Experience planning and coordinating training events.
