Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in building materials.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage detailed sales quotes using the CRM system.
  • Maintain organized records of customer files and orders.
  • Compile monthly sales reports and presentations.
  • Handle cash sales transactions with accurate documentation.
  • Issue monthly invoices and Statements of Accounts.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
  • Support internal control processes and ensure compliance.
  • Update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist sales team with daily activities.
  • Participate in health safety and environmental management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with business conduct regulations.

Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator

Location: Sharjah UAE

Our client a wellestablished building material manufacturer in Sharjah is currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations excellent customer service and accurate documentation for both credit and noncredit customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage detailed sales quotes using the CRM system.

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of customer files and concrete booking orders.

  • Compile and prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports and presentations.

  • Handle all aspects of cash sales including inward and outward payments ensuring precise documentation.

  • Issue monthly electronic invoices and Statements of Accounts (SOAs).

  • Follow up systematically with customers on outstanding payments and provide updates to the sales team.

  • Support internal control processes and ensure compliance with the companys minimum control standards (MCS).

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system including new customer/job site creations and pricing trackers.

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.

  • Participate actively in health safety and environmental management programs.

  • Ensure compliance with competition law antibribery regulations and the companys code of business conduct.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.

  • 25 years of relevant experience in the UAE preferably within the building materials sector.

  • Strong analytical reporting and problemsolving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Ability to multitask manage time effectively and thrive in a fastpaced setting.
