Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate platforms
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen resumes and applications
- Conduct interviews using various methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees for full integration
- Monitor HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical recruiting reports
- Build relationships with candidates during the selection process
- Promote the company's reputation as a top place to work
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Ability to conduct various interview types
- Experience with different selection processes (video, phone, reference checks)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, CMS
- Experience with recruiting software and HRIS/HRMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- BSc/MS in Human Resources Management
