The Food Safety Intern will support the Food Safety and Hygiene team in monitoring and improving food safety standards across the operation.

• Assist the Food Safety team with daily hygiene checks across all Food & Beverage Outlets.
• Ensure that food handling colleagues follow proper personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Ensure all food deliveries meet quality, temperature, and labelling requirements.
• Provide support in maintaining and updating the Food Safety records, training records.
• Coordinate with third party laboratory and organize food sampling.
• Assist in sample collection and follow-up on laboratory results.
• Observe and report any non-compliances to the Food Safety team for corrective action.
• Support pest management and follow up on corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Assist in monitoring cleaning and sanitizing procedures in the Food & Beverage outlets.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and collaborate with different departments.
• Recognized degree or postgraduate diploma in Food Microbiology, Food Science, or Food Technology is a must.
• Basic understanding of food safety principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
