About The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will use your proven experience to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, data tasks, speaking to our existing customers, and ensuring they’re engaged with the Doctify platform. This role sits within an exciting, energetic and hardworking team. Initially, you will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally, e.g. using industry‑leading CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce. You will be provided with training in order to be successful at your job – just arrive with an appetite to learn!

  • Offer a premium experience for our clients by thoroughly understanding their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them.
  • Build relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software and increased revenues.
  • Conduct client meetings over the phone, virtually and in person.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally.
  • Convey the best practice examples that drive ROI and increased engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts.
About You

You will have proven experience within account management, sales, or a similar field. You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution for the client. You have a commercial‑focused mindset, whilst keeping the customer at the core of everything you do.

  • Thrive working in a fast‑paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale‑up can sometimes bring.
  • Possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of phone, virtual and in‑person engagement.
  • Have a commercial‑focused mindset and an unwavering commitment to customer success.
