Job Title: Business Development Manager Customs Freight Forwarding & Project Logistics (UAE)
Location: Dubai UAE (Jumeirah Bay Tower JLT)

The company serves major industrial sectors including EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) oil and gas and heavy industry clients offering multimodal transport solutions customs clearance and complex project logistics. Role Overview

The company is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project logistics including OOG (OutofGauge) Breakbulk and opentop cargo and wellestablished relationships in the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors. Candidates should have experience working in an SME freight forwarding environment with a proven ability to develop business from scratch especially in the USA trade lane.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in project logistics and freight forwarding across the UAE.


• Leverage the companys FMC license and competitive rates to expand USA cargo volumes.


• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in EPC Oil & Gas and heavy industry sectors.


• Develop and manage a strong pipeline for both general and project cargo.


• Represent the company in client meetings industry events and networking opportunities.


• Collaborate with pricing operations and backoffice teams to deliver complex logistics solutions.


• Establish partnerships with service providers shipping lines airlines and transport companies.


• Contribute to overall strategy and leadership decisions in the UAE.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in international freight forwarding business development.


• Strong knowledge and proven experience in the USA trade lane utilizing FMC licensing advantages.


• Expertise in project logistics including OOG Breakbulk and complex shipments.


• A wellestablished network within EPC and Oil & Gas sectors.


• Experience working for SME freight forwarders and building business through strategic thirdparty partnerships.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong independent decisionmaking ability.


• Experience in launching or growing a business in the UAE is a strong advantage.


• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
