• Strong knowledge of Process Modeling Tools

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain consulting, with a proven track record of process improvement.
• Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable to validate expertise.
• Experience in the shipping industry, particularly with freight forwarding or e-commerce logistics, is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to shipping markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities to address shipping challenges.
