What you will do
  • Enthusiastically interact with our guests of all ages, while providing amazing experiences
  • Facilitate scheduled indoor and outdoor activities as per the weekly program, ensuring to provide particular care, attention, and observation of each child
  • Maintain a safe play environment for our visitors, which entails handling children first aid, incidents, and emergencies
  • Conduct excursions to different areas of the resort whilst exercising spontaneity in entertaining our visitors in the absence of planned activities, including but not limited to pool and beach games, narrations, mascot pop ups, animations and thematic events
About You

Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience leading large groups of children in recreational or camp settings, with a genuine passion for engaging them in fun, meaningful activities. Must be physically fit, outspoken, and open to feedback, with strong verbal and written English communication skills. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus, and additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, German, or French are highly valued. Qualifications in sports, childcare, or leisure are also an advantage.
