Job summary
A leading logistics company in Dubai is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will manage workers, maintain equipment, and coordinate with engineers. Suitable applicants are expected to have strong organizational skills and a good understanding of technical drawings. Competitive salary range is offered at 2500 – 4500 AED per month, with full benefits in accordance with UAE law.

- Supervise daily operations and workers on-site.
- Assign duties and monitor progress of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and work progress.
- Resolve on-site issues and report to management.
