Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on‑site civil construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor labour productivity, materials and equipment usage to optimize site operations.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and rectify any deviations.
• Plan and allocate tasks to site workers to achieve project milestones.
• Assist in resolving site issues and elevate critical concerns to project managers.
• Monitor inventory levels of construction materials and report shortages in advance.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
