Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor labour productivity and materials usage.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors for workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance.

• Assist in resolving site issues.
