Legal Counsel jobs in Brazil

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join a leading real estate investment firm based in Dubai. Regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

This is a key in-house role offering the opportunity to work across corporate transactions, compliance, regulatory matters, and risk management, supporting the growth and governance of a high-performing real estate entity.

Responsibilities (implied): provide legal advice on corporate transactions, contract drafting, risk management, AML / KYC, compliance and governance matters, and support regulatory compliance under DFSA requirements.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in-house or in corporate / commercial law
• Qualified in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of DFSA regulations and UAE regulatory frameworks
• Experience with corporate transactions, contract drafting, and risk management
• Working knowledge of crypto / tokenization is a plus
• Confident in advising on AML / KYC, compliance, and governance matters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
