Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
  • Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including those relevant to corporate governance.
  • Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring activities.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulators and external counsel.
  • Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications
  • UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top‑tier law firm.
  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
