Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of DFSA regulatory framework and DIFC legal environment.
• Experience in UAE onshore matters is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements relevant to UAE.
• Support legal initiatives and collaborate with teams globally.
