- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hospital's brand and corporate policies.
- Evaluate customer research, competitor data and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC) to increase website traffic and patient engagement.
- Create, implement and manage content marketing strategies including engaging online content (blogs, videos, graphics).
- Create and manage link-building strategies and maintain strong social media presences.
- Innovate and present new platforms and marketing strategies.
- Track content success using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns to increase traffic and engagement.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to position the hospital as a leading healthcare provider in the region.
- Organize, attend and evaluate events and exhibitions.

- Ensure marketing practices comply with relevant regulations including JCIA, JAWDA, ADHICS, OSHMS and DOH standards.
- Adhere to and promote hospital ethical business practices and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience and at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Arabic speaking skills are essential.
- Proficient in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics and digital content creation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication, presentation and decision-making skills.
