Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead campaigns for product launches, software solutions, and IT services to increase market penetration.
  • Manage digital marketing channels: SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media.
  • Oversee content creation: case studies, white papers, blogs, videos, and thought-leadership materials.
  • Drive lead generation programs and collaborate with sales to optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and participation in technology exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in campaign management and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle).
