Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with Louzan Group’s overall business objectives; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities; Manage the annual marketing calendar including campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels; Manage the brand positioning of Louzan and its sub-brands in the market; Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create compelling brand content.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s digital presence including website, SEO, social media, email marketing and paid advertising; Analyse digital performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions); Coordinate influencer marketing, content creation and community management.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for product launches, sales events and seasonal promotions; Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on campaign performance.
- Retail & Visual Support: Work closely with the retail operations team to support in-store promotions and events; Ensure consistency in in-store branding, visual merchandising and marketing collateral.
- Events & PR: Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, product launches and collaborations; Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility.
- Budget & Team Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure ROI on all campaigns; Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality outputs and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, perfume, leather goods & hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems.
