Job Description

Job Title: Accountant (QuickBooks Experienced + Driver’s License)

Job Description:

DHA Contracting LLC is hiring a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting, excellent command of QuickBooks, and the ability to travel as needed. A valid UAE driver’s license and own car are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle accounts payable & receivable, petty cash, and journal entries

Manage supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking

Prepare monthly financial reports, VAT filings, and job costing summaries

Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Coordinate with external auditors and support during audit processes

Travel to sites or offices as required (must have own vehicle)

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE

Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations

Valid UAE driver’s license and own car (mandatory)

Construction or project-based accounting background is an advantage

Excellent communication and organizational skills
