Our client a well-established luxury real estate company based in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their finance team. This role is strictly for candidates with prior UAE real estate accounting experience and will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AR/AP bank reconciliations and journal entries
  
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with UAE accounting standards
  
• Handle commission accounting related to property sales and broker payments
  
• Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal financial controls
  
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits when required
  
• Maintain accurate documentation for real estate transactions and client accounts
  
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities
  
• Use Zoho accounting software for financial tracking and reporting
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years accounting experience within the UAE real estate sector (essential)
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial practices
