A digital marketing agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance website content and improve organic search rankings. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, optimizing web pages, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree and has at least two years of SEO experience, alongside strong skills in using analytics tools.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. This role requires strong technical knowledge of SEO best practices and a passion for digital growth.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content strategy.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
Implement technical SEO improvements (page speed, mobile optimization, indexing, etc.).
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Manage and execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
Identify and resolve crawl issues, broken links, and duplicate content.
Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and CRO.
Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot SEO is a plus.
