Job description

This is a full-time remoterole for aQA Automation Engineerat Techwaresoft. As a QA Automation Engineer,will be involved throughout the development lifecycle in QA of software development, with an emphasis on development and implementation of test automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ yearsof hands-on development experience with strong interest intest automation tools & technologies
• Solid understanding ofSDLCwith emphasis onautomation in Agile environments
• Strongobject-oriented programmingconcepts and implementation skills
• Experience inmobile automation using Appium (Java)andAPI automation with Rest Assured
• Familiar withCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins),Docker, andparallel test execution
• Good knowledge oftesting fundamentals(BDD, TDD) andrelational databases(SQL, Oracle); performance & security testing are a plus
• Excellentcommunication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhancetest automation frameworksand infrastructure
• Create and maintainobject-oriented automation scripts; execute functional, performance, and load tests
• Generatetest reportsand ensure predictable delivery ofhigh-quality releases
• Train and mentor team members onautomation concepts, providing technical guidance
• Coordinate and prioritize automation efforts across multiple teams while researching and implementing tools to improve efficiency

Must Have

• Hands-on experience withAppium (Java)andAPI automation (Rest Assured)
• Experience withCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)and automation execution
