Science‑backed. Design‑led. AI‑powered. Global.

At Paradox, we’re building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so that people don’t just consume knowledge, but rewire who they are.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full learning system: design the journey, script engaging learning experiences, and ensure every feature supports the ecosystem.
  • Co‑craft premium, high‑impact courses: launch new courses with experts, translate genius into cinematic journeys, and lead end‑to‑end design.
  • Craft AI conversations and loops: write and optimize prompt chains, review conversations, and refine agents.
  • Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation: define KPIs, iterate courses using learner data, and obsess over user problems.
Key responsibilities
  • Design fully immersive learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human.
  • Translate science-backed frameworks into engaging, behaviorally transformative experiences.
  • Leverage AI for personalization, adaptive coaching cycles, and AI agents that enhance the student journey.
  • Iterate on design based on data, user feedback, and behavioral theory.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, tech, coaches, and psychologists.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences with measurable impact.
  • Strong writing, aesthetic sensibility, and user‑obsessed mindset.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.
  • Native French; fluent English. Written communication in English.
